Ray Alvarez started Harbor Plumbing in 2006 with one used van and a simple rule: quote the real price, do the job right, and never leave a mess. Twenty years on, the rule hasn't changed — the vans just got newer. Today Ray works alongside his daughter Marisol, our lead technician, and a small crew who all live right here in Port Meridian. When you call us, you're calling neighbors — and we treat your home like it's on our own street.

Ray earned his master plumber's license in 2001 and started Harbor five years later with one used van. He still takes service calls every week — water heaters are his favorite puzzle.
Marisol Alvarez
Lead Technician
Ray's daughter and the first person our emergency line wakes up. Marisol runs the night rotation and teaches a free pipe-winterizing clinic at the library every November.
